Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, logging in, or using the BellyBox website (bellybox.in) and associated application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BellyBox is a subscription-first platform that connects customers with local home-chefs and tiffin vendors for daily meal deliveries. We provide the digital infrastructure for customers to browse menus, subscribe to meal plans, manage schedules, and process payments, while enabling vendors to manage their orders and subscription base.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of our service, you must register for an account using a valid email address and phone number (or via Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Pause & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions: By subscribing to a meal plan, you authorize BellyBox to charge your provided payment method according to the chosen billing cycle.
  • Pausing/Skipping: You may pause your subscription or skip upcoming meals using the dashboard, provided it is done before the vendor's required cutoff time for the next scheduled delivery.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any remaining credits may be subject to our refund policy.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Prices for meals and subscriptions are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your active subscriptions. Taxes and delivery fees will be shown at checkout.

6. Vendor Responsibility

BellyBox acts as an intermediary marketplace. While we vet our vendors, the ultimate responsibility for the quality, safety, ingredients, and preparation of the food lies with the respective home-chef or tiffin vendor. BellyBox is not liable for any illness, allergy, or adverse reaction caused by the meals provided by the vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BellyBox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
